What was the highlight of Madani Hotel Medan
In short, next time I would rather move to other hotel (at the same rating and price)
Location of the Hotel is OK, the restaurant meal and service is OK. The room is a bit small but OK
The cleanliness of the bathroom and the toilet is very bad. The bedroom sheet is a bit old as it looks yellowish and unclean. Very noisy at night and make us very difficult to sleep

tempat tidurnya bagus dan bersih hanya pelayan restaurant...
tempat tidurnya bagus dan bersih hanya pelayan restaurant nya kurang ramah terlebih yang bertugas melayani permintaan omlet yang tidak pernah senyum dan cenderung merengut sepanjang waktu breakfast. Saya masih ingat wajah orang tersebut, dengan perawakan agak gemuk dan tidak cocok ditempatkan di tempat terssebut alias tidak menjaga profesionalnya sebagai waiter

What was the highlight of Madani Hotel Medan
Generally, my satisfaction is about 75%. The only issue that make me unconfortable s the loud music.
The most I like was the Mosque is just opposite the hotel and it really make me convenient to perform my prayers. The others will be the nearby foodcourt and shopping area.
The live band at the foodcourt was too noisy at night (difficult to sleep). Need a soundproof windows for those rooms that are facing the foodcourt.

I like the hotel strategic location and the staff smiling face
The breakfast serving very good. Hotel location very convenient. Staff very courteous and helpful. Ambience nice.
Bathroom...water heater gadgets quite torn down...room airconditioner not cold.
