In short, next time I would rather move to other hotel (at the same rating and price)
Location of the Hotel is OK, the restaurant meal and service is OK. The room is a bit small but OK
The cleanliness of the bathroom and the toilet is very bad. The bedroom sheet is a bit old as it looks yellowish and unclean. Very noisy at night and make us very difficult to sleep

The toilet was old.
The toilet was old.. water dripping from the shower. The a/c keep on and off at night. The mini wasn't cold. The staffs all friendly n helpfull.

What was the highlight of Madani Hotel Medan
It was a night stay in that hotel. The food was scrumptious but the room was not really comfortable.
The location was really great
the room is warm.. the air conditioner is not really working and cannot be adjusted.. underneath the bed is not cleaned.. it was really dusty and dirty. There was no iron and we were having hard time to wait fro the operator to get back to us about the laundry services. We complaint about the aircond but there was no action taken.

It is located in the heart of Medan.
It is located in the heart of Medan. Surrounded with stalls and kedai makan.
The rooms are provided with coffee corner but sadly to say the cups given are dirty. Stain from the previous users are still there and very hard to clear it. So, i asked the house keeping to change the cup. The room that I stayed should provide with a mini refrigerator, but it isnt! When I asked the receptions, they said... it is under the closet (am I so dumb?) Until then, house keeping came with a refg and fixed it. Aircondition in the room is out of order. Eventhough the maintanance came and try to fix it... still worse! The internet also cannot covered the hotel space. Until the end of my stay, the coverage are so poor. I did asked for room transfer... but the hotel management just ignore!️ Time for breakfast should end at 10.00 am. But there is no more food when i entered the dining room at 9.30am. Furthermore, if you are walk in, the room rate are cheaper! Overall, Not worth for money! TQ
