What was the highlight of Madani Hotel Medan
In short, next time I would rather move to other hotel (at the same rating and price)
Location of the Hotel is OK, the restaurant meal and service is OK. The room is a bit small but OK
The cleanliness of the bathroom and the toilet is very bad. The bedroom sheet is a bit old as it looks yellowish and unclean. Very noisy at night and make us very difficult to sleep

What was the highlight of Madani Hotel Medan
It was a night stay in that hotel. The food was scrumptious but the room was not really comfortable.
The location was really great
the room is warm.. the air conditioner is not really working and cannot be adjusted.. underneath the bed is not cleaned.. it was really dusty and dirty. There was no iron and we were having hard time to wait fro the operator to get back to us about the laundry services. We complaint about the aircond but there was no action taken.

Checkin unsatisfactory, Charged twice, air con not cold, hotel below expected standard.
Some of service people very nice.
I paid in advance for my booking and brought the receipt to check-in, but the hotel said they do not have my payment and made me pay out of pocket for the booking. I have paid twice for one booking and now have to call to get help with a refund.

What was the highlight of Madani Hotel Medan
Generally, my satisfaction is about 75%. The only issue that make me unconfortable s the loud music.
The most I like was the Mosque is just opposite the hotel and it really make me convenient to perform my prayers. The others will be the nearby foodcourt and shopping area.
The live band at the foodcourt was too noisy at night (difficult to sleep). Need a soundproof windows for those rooms that are facing the foodcourt.
